Prevailing wage determination is a separate DOL clock from the standard PERM queue. These figures are the published FLAG PWD snapshot, not the ETA-9089 queue.

Most PERM PWDs use the OEWS row. Non-OEWS is another wage source. Redetermination and Center Director Review are later requests, not the first PWD. Receipt month is the request month currently being processed.

PWD is not the PERM queue

Official FLAG

A prevailing wage determination (ETA-9141) comes before recruitment and the PERM filing (ETA-9089). DOL publishes PWD times in a different FLAG table, on a different schedule note, from the standard PERM queue. As of June 30, 2026, PERM PWD OEWS requests are at April 2026 and non-OEWS requests are at March 2026.

OFLC may still be completing requests filed before the month posted. Remaining-request counts exclude withdrawn and voided filings and can move as DOL revises earlier months.

Published remaining requests by receipt month. The table sums to 50,300 remaining PERM PWD requests. That is a backlog count, not a decision date.
