PERMTime is an independent informational site. It restates the DOL FLAG PERM processing-time table and compares a filing month with that published month. The publisher is not a law firm, not an accredited representative, and not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Labor.

Where the numbers come from
The current Analyst, Audit, and reconsideration months come from the FLAG processing times page. Earlier rows are the same FLAG figures as recorded in dated contemporaneous republications. Each row keeps its source link.
The archive now holds 8 dated snapshots, from January 5, 2026 through August 7, 2026. Missing audit or average cells stay empty. Nothing is interpolated. The full method is on How the numbers work.
How the archive is updated
DOL typically replaces the FLAG PERM table around the close of the first work week of each month. After a new table is posted, PERMTime replaces the current snapshot and appends one dated row. We do not invent months between publications.
If a recorded cell is wrong, email hello@permtime.com with the snapshot date and the source. The row is corrected and the source link stays on the snapshot archive.
