A public comparison of your filing month with the official DOL queue. An evidence-backed public period appears only when recent comparable public outcomes meet published evidence rules.
Three numbers, kept apart
PERMTime does not show individual case status and does not read a case number. It answers the current public review point first, then compares a filed month, then shows a public period only when the evidence rules pass.
- Current public review point: the filing month DOL currently reports it is adjudicating.
- Recent average processing time: calendar days across recently processed applications. This is not remaining wait time.
- Evidence-backed public period: a month range shown only when the official queue and comparable public outcomes both qualify.
Range rules
Official queue required
A range is never shown without a verified Standard or Audit public review month.
Comparable outcomes required
The filing cohort must have recent public outcomes. Later filing months stay queue-only.
Audit does not borrow Standard averages
If DOL has not published an audit average, the Audit path stays queue-only.
