PERMTime is an independent information tool translating the public DOL FLAG processing-times table into a filing-month comparison. It is not the U.S. Department of Labor, a law firm, or an individual case-status system.

## Current public queue answer
As of official DOL FLAG data through August 28, 2026, the standard PERM public review month is November 2025. The audit review month is December 2025. These are public queue positions, not a promise about when a particular case will be decided.

## Average processing time
The published recent average is 372 calendar days, and is not the remaining wait for a pending case.

## PWD is a separate clock
The FLAG prevailing wage snapshot is dated 2026-06-30. PWD processing is separate from PERM Analyst Review.

## How to cite
Use the exact data-through date, identify DOL FLAG as the primary source, and preserve the distinction between public queue context, completed-case averages, and individual case status.
